Owen is a wizard that resides within the Northern Country. A sarcastic guy with a foul mouth; he enjoys the fearful eyes of people and has no faith in others. A dangerous person who is cautious of other wizards. Cain, from the Central Country, has a history with him and they have an especially brutal relationship.

Owen is a young man with short grey hair and dual colored eyes. He sports a mostly white attire consisting of a navy hat with the northern symbol, a suit with grey pinstripe, and a long coat that he wears over his shoulders. Underneath his suit, he wears a black collared shirt and a purple necktie with a small pin attached. He also wears brown gloves and black shoes with a white patterned tip. Owen's wizard mark appears on his tongue.

Owen puts up an elusive front when his past is brought up, when really he just doesn't remember. He has little to no memories of his past, or even his age for that matter. He is able to recall living in the forest, commonly interacting with wolves. Befriending some and battling others, he seems to act on his personal impulse and how he felt about his interactions, without much consideration for others. When questioned about how he ended up the way he is, Owen gets agitated, making conversation difficult.
